Refreshing, healthy smoothie


Hey beauties!
I am sure you all promised yourself to eat healthier this year, so lets stick to the plan. I've added loads of greens and fruits to my daily menu. Spinach and kale for every morning, all blended with some delicious fruits or berries. I am sharing my favorite smoothie recipe, it's super healthy and very refreshing.

Ingredients: 
  • Mango
  • Spinach
  • Kiwi
  • Raspberries
  • Banana
  • Lemon
  • Water
  • Chia seeds (not necessarily) 



Put all ingredients in to blender, you can put as much as you like, it's all down to your personal preferences. I tend to add more spinach to get more benefits and fill my tummy for a bit longer. Add water, dosage depends on how thick you like your smoothie and squeeze some lemon juice in. You can also add milk, but I prefer it with water as it's more refreshing. Blend it all together.












The colour of your smoothie might not be mouth watering, because of spinach, but trust me it tastes very nice! You can sprinkle some Chia seeds on the top, to get more protein. So how easy was that?
